GRANT OF LICENSE
Commercial Version
After you have purchased the Commercial License for the Application, and have received the full access to it, you are licensed to install the Extension on your Chrome browser. You may buy several other licenses if you wish.
You may not duplicate the Application in whole or in part, except that you may make one copy of the Application for backup or archival purposes.
You may terminate this license at any time you want by contacting us.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Terms provided you transfer all copies of the Application (including copies of all prior versions if the Application is an upgrade) and retain none, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Terms.
You may not redistribute, modify or resold the Application in any way without the written permission of easyflux company.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the Application.
You may not use the Extension in any software or application that competes with products and services of easyflux company.
The Application has built-in Administration system ready to use with your website. The themes are developed by easyflux company. All rights are reserved.
You may manage your licenses, invoices, etc.. according to your requirements using built-in instruments and options available in the administration panel. If you make any changes without using customization options provided, we do not guarantee the correct functionality and smooth upgrading of the themes to the next versions.

RESTRICTIONS
Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application in any way without the written permission of easyflux company.
TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, easyflux company. may terminate this Terms if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Terms. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Application.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your subscription purchase. We offer a 30-day refund period for the first purchased subscription. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit clear proof that you gave the product an honest effort and it did not work for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order and we will try to resolve any issues. If we are not able to resolve your issues, we will give you a 100% refund.

The Application is owned by easyflux company, and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Application is licensed, not sold, to You for use solely subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms.
